Paint Shop Tycoon ("the game") is published by Awe Games. Contact: info@awereads.com.
No accounts. The game has no sign-up, chat, friends list or user-generated content. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Stored on your device. Game progress, settings and your age group are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the game removes them.
Age question. The game asks your age once to choose the type of ads. Only the age group is kept, on your device. We do not send it to our servers.
Advertising. The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may process your IP address, device and app identifiers, and information about ad interactions to deliver ads, limit how often they appear and prevent fraud.
- Under 13, or age unknown: ads are not personalized and are limited to general-audience content.
- 13 and over: ads may be personalized where the law allows it.
Purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play. We do not receive your card details.
Sharing. We do not sell personal data. Data reaches third parties only through the advertising service above.
Retention and your rights. We keep no player data on our own servers. Google's retention is described in its policy. Parents and players can ask questions or make requests at info@awereads.com.
Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children ourselves. If you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and we will help.
Changes. We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
